  • Try out process - draw numbers; perform as a group before                   
    judges; individual performance, etc.
  • Scoring system - 20% teacher recommendation,
80% judges, etc.
  • Announcement process
Communicate with judges before try outs
Have checks ready for judges
Judges do not leave until scores are completely tallied.
